My approach My therapy style is eclectic—primarily supportive and client-centered—drawing from cognitive-behavioral, psychodynamic, and positive psychology modalities. The client-centered approach helps both client and therapist understand concerns and move forward together in partnership. My focus I often work with young and middle-aged adults dealing with life changes, transitions, loss, stress, anxiety, depression, and low self-esteem. I help clients recognize strengths, develop skills, and adopt a positive perspective to navigate challenges and overcome difficulties. My communication style I want clients to feel comfortable and safe—unconditionally accepted, respected, supported, and never judged. I present with a warm, gentle, calm manner and a positive outlook. My journey to mental healthcare I was drawn to therapy by my love of helping individuals, couples, and families reach their goals. Seeing clients function at a higher level brings a smile to my face and confirms I’m doing a good job. My goals for you I find great joy in helping people with their concerns, making them feel better about themselves, and more positive and hopeful. I feel empathy and compassion and connect easily with people.
