I am a genuine human being who is a licensed mental health professional who graduated from Campbellsville University as a Master of Science in counseling with an emphasis in marriage and family therapy. I care greatly about supporting children, adolescents, and adults and they navigate life's challenges, including but not limited to: Anxiety, depression, anger management, PTSD, self-esteem, faith, relationship struggles, among other life struggles. My approach is grounded in being genuine, non-judgmental, and attempting to bring humor to very difficult processes in an appropriate manner. My belief and hope is that in doing so this will create a safe environment where people are able to explore their emotions, develop coping strategies and build a strong sense of self-worth. My goal is to be for others what we all need at various points in life; a supportive, kind, calm, and genuine listening ear to also attempts to provide feedback in an empowering manner.
