I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Texas and Colorado and a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Washington. I graduated in 2016 from Angelo State University with a Master of Science in Counseling Psychology. I have been providing counseling services for the past five years, working with clients facing a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, mania, audio/visual hallucinations, and substance abuse. I have also supported many clients who have experienced past trauma, including physical, sexual, and emotional abuse.
My counseling style is warm, energetic, inviting, and interactive. I believe in treating everyone with dignity and respect, approaching issues with sensitivity and compassion. My goal is to create a safe space where people feel comfortable sharing their life’s story. My approach combines cognitive behavioral therapy with elements of psychotherapy and person-centered therapy. I tailor treatment plans to meet your unique and specific needs.

After the first session, my hope is that clients will leave with feeling a sense of connection, validation, and hope. As we continue to work together, my goal is for clients to feel empowered, motivated, and determined to focus on their needs and to be able to self identify progress and growth.

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
