I specialize in working with adults through a holistic approach grounded in somatic IFS, narrative therapy, and cognitive-behavioral therapy, integrating Eastern and Western philosophies to support healing. I am a certified active breathwork facilitator, yoga teacher, and Reiki practitioner.

What should a new client know about working with you?

In my experience working with complex trauma, grief, and anxiety disorders, I’ve witnessed that one of the biggest obstacles to living the life we wish to create is what happens in the space between honesty, choice, action, accountability, and transformation. Fear, shame, self-doubt, grief, and limiting narratives can leave us feeling stuck or disconnected.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I believe that within you, you hold the key to moving through stuck and limiting beliefs as you remember the wholeness of who you truly are and reconnect with your limitless potential to radically transform your life. Through this process, you can begin to experience yourself differently, one continuous inhale and exhale at a time.
