What should a new client know about working with you?

I have dedicated my practice to helping individuals navigate complex trauma, grief, and anxiety disorders. By drawing on trauma-informed care, strengths-based and narrative therapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy, and somatic Internal Family Systems (IFS), I empower people to rewrite their life stories and tap into their inner resilience, even in the face of adversity.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

As a West Indian immigrant, I bring a culturally sensitive perspective, understanding the social and systemic inequalities that shape people’s lives. I work with clients of all identities to explore how cultural narratives impact their sense of self, fostering a space for growth and healing.
