I am a Gottman Level 2 Couples Therapist. I am also a Level 2 CrossFit Coach, and a former CrossFit gym owner. I'm also a Functional Medicine Certified Health Coach. I believe in helping you work on holistic health and wellness. My therapy techniques come from Functional Medicine perspective: finding and working on the root cause of the issue rather than managing symptoms. I believe in the power of connection. I integrate mindfulness and emotional awareness to help you be less reactive and more intentional in how you do life individually, and in how you engage with others: loved ones, coworkers, etc.
