I'm a trauma-informed Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and the founder of Profound Minds Psychological Services, LLC. I work with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families who are navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, and relationship challenges. Many of the people I work with feel overwhelmed, stuck in patterns they cannot seem to break, or disconnected from themselves or others. My path to becoming a counselor has been deeply shaped by my own life experiences and personal healing journey. I have come to believe that healing is not something we are meant to do alone. It is something that happens in safe, supportive relationships. That belief is at the heart of how I show up in this work. I strive to create a space where you feel understood, supported, and not alone in what you are carrying.
