I hold a Master's in Social Work from Our Lady of the Lake University, which equips me to guide you with both compassion and expertise.

I incorporate a variety of theoretical approaches and interventions to tackle your unique circumstance, including narrative therapy, cognitive behavioral, person-centered, and mindfulness therapy. As your provider, I'll involve you in an exploration of treatment options that suit your defined goals and satisfy your desired therapy experience!

What is your typical process for working with clients?

During our first session, I'll ask open-ended questions and engage in active listening as you relay insights about the type of support you need and what you're hoping to gain from our interactions. I will offer feedback in consideration of meaningful goals and allied support toward successful outcomes. At the end of our first interaction, you'll have newfound clarity and confidence. Most importantly, you'll feel peace and certainty that comes with knowing you're no longer in this alone.
