Welcome! I am a licensed mental health counselor in the state of Florida. I earned my Master's in Mental Health Counseling from Nova Southeastern University. I began my counseling journey after realizing that many people struggle to find their way through the difficulties of life. Whether these challenges stem from stress, anxiety, depression, or a traumatic event, I am dedicated to providing a confidential and collaborative approach to your treatment. I have years of experience offering inpatient, outpatient, and residential counseling services to both children and adults.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I believe in working together to help you reach a life of fulfilment, personal growth and resilience. I utilize a combination of several therapeutic orientations including motivational interviewing, strengths-based, person-centered, CBT, DBT, trauma-focused and mindfulness based techniques.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Clients can expect warm introductions and a safe space for discussion regarding current challenges. This dialogue will be led with empathy as we identify current areas of distress and set goals for treatment. I am passionate about validating each client's lived experiences and struggles through actively listening and creating a environment filled with compassion. We will collaborate together based on your needs and goals for your individualized therapeutic journey.
