Hello! I am a graduate from Delta State University and a mother of two sons. I enjoy singing; binge watching tv shows; and spending time with family. I have been practicing in the counseling field for 3 years helping teens and adults work through anger; anxiety; depression; trauma; and grief. I have also worked with couples. I am trained in all three levels of Gottman Therapy and EMDR. My approach is very warm and encouraging. I am here to offer a safe space to share and explore.
