I specialize in working with young adults and adults navigating anxiety, depression, and major life transitions. My approach is rooted in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), which focuses on the connection between thoughts, behaviors, and emotions, empowering clients to make meaningful changes in their daily lives. Together, we work to understand emotions, manage mood and anxiety symptoms, and strengthen coping skills by supporting each person in building resilience and deeper self-awareness.
