I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) with more than 5 years of experience. I earned my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the College of Staten Island. I have had the opportunity to work in child welfare, non-profit organizations, and school settings. I have counseled adolescents through adults individually, in groups, and as families. As a therapist with extensive experience supporting clients with anxiety and depression, I provide a safe and supportive environment where you can explore your emotions, thoughts, and behaviors without judgment. Also, as a trauma-informed therapist, I facilitate the process of healing and hope for individuals exposed to trauma and violence.
