Whether you're facing challenges at school, struggling in relationships, feeling overwhelmed by life's demands, or simply trying to better understand yourself, we'll work together to identify practical steps toward the life you want. My approach is warm, collaborative, and tailored to your individual needs. I primarily draw from Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Person-Centered Therapy. Rather than focusing solely on what's wrong, I also help clients recognize their strengths, build on what is already working, and develop practical tools they can use outside of our sessions. At the same time, I believe it's important to make space for your experiences, emotions, and personal story, because every person's journey is unique. As a Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern, I am passionate about helping clients build resilience, improve communication, strengthen relationships, and develop confidence in themselves.
