My approach is warm, collaborative, and tailored to your individual needs. I primarily draw from Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Person-Centered Therapy. Rather than focusing solely on what's wrong, I also help clients recognize their strengths, build on what is already working, and develop practical tools they can use outside of our sessions. At the same time, I believe it's important to make space for your experiences, emotions, and personal story, because every person's journey is unique. As a Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern, I am passionate about helping clients build resilience, improve communication, strengthen relationships, and develop confidence in themselves.
