What should a new client know about working with you?

My approach is compassionate, client-centered, and tailored to each person’s unique needs. I have experience supporting clients with concerns such as anxiety, depression, life transitions, stress, and relationship challenges. One of my goals is to empower clients by helping them strengthen coping skills, increase self-awareness, and move toward their personal goals.
