Hi! My name is Dee, and I'm a Licensed Mental Health Counselor. I have more than 25 years of experience helping clients transform their challenges into opportunities for growth and change.
As your therapist, I will support and help you? identify, connect with, and live out the most empowered and healthy version of yourself. My goal is to help you make the positive and constructive changes you want. I believe each one of us has the ability to overcome frustration and unhappiness due to anxiety, depression, loss or unhealthy relationships.
