I believe in a holistic social work approach by offering personalized and collaborative support. Therapy approaches I use include Mindfulness, Solution Focused, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. My aim is to provide a tranquil, reassuring, and secure environment where individuals can embark on a journey of healing and personal development. I hold a Master's in Social Work from the University of Central Florida and a Bachelor's degree from Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University.

If you do not have insurance, I also take cash pay clients. The UpLift team will work directly with you to inform you of payments due.
