You look like you have it all together. But inside, you're exhausted, running on obligation, self-doubt, and the quiet fear that if you slow down, everything will fall apart. You’re burned out from years of putting everyone else first and calling it strength. I help women navigating anxiety, perfectionism, and people-pleasing learn how to set healthier boundaries, quiet the inner critic, and stop carrying everything alone. My approach is warm, practical, and focused on real change, not just coping. I hold a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of North Texas at Dallas and provide therapy in Cedar Hill and virtually across Texas.

We’ll work together to identify the patterns keeping you stuck in anxiety, perfectionism, and people-pleasing, and build healthier boundaries that actually hold.
