As a licensed therapist in Wisconsin, my passion has always been to help others achieve their level of success and happiness. No one should feel they have to face their struggles on their own, which is why I am here to help you figure things out. I specialize in building strong and positive relationships first, to allow individuals to feel comfortable and secure about facing their struggles. My practice centers on helping clients address many struggles such as, depression, anxiety, relationship challenges, and trauma with a compassionate, culturally responsive approach.

What should a new client know about working with you?

My therapeutic approach emphasizes self-love, effective communication, and healing from difficult experiences. I create a supportive environment where clients can explore their inner world. Drawing from evidence-based practices, I strive to create a non judgmental, safe and welcoming space for all my clients to achieve their desired goals.
