My name is Diana Ahmed, and I am a therapist who works with children, adolescents, adults, and families. I have 5 years of experience as a licensed therapist in various community and school settings. I hold a Master's in Social Work from Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey. I have training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and strength-based approaches, and I utilize a collaborative and compassionate approach to therapy. My goal is to provide and foster hope, initiate the healing process, and help clients gain resilience. I also strive to offer emotional support and guidance to adults and young adults, specifically focusing on adjustment issues and significant life changes.
