Therapy can be those things and more. I'm here to help bring clarity to the things that you value most and work beside you to cultivate the change and life you desire. I'll meet you with acceptance and warmth throughout the process because I recognize the strength and courage it takes for you to be here. I hold a Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from National Louis University, which has equipped me with the skills and knowledge to support you effectively on your journey.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I will hold a space that honors your story and places you as the expert of your own life. I strive to provide you the unconditional support and the gentle push you may be needing. Our work together may require you to sit with uncomfortable feelings that arise and challenge patterns of thoughts and beliefs that keep you stuck. You can expect me to ask tough questions when I sense you need them. I will use an integrative approach that honors your unique experience. Whatever challenge you may experience, I will be along your side cheering you on as you progress towards the change you ultimately desire.
