I have been fortunate to work in both addiction and mental health across all levels of care, including inpatient residential, intensive outpatient, and outpatient settings. My approach to therapy is client-centered, utilizing a variety of modalities such as CBT, DBT, and family systems therapy. I also believe strongly in the mind/body connection and incorporate guided imagery into my practice. I am compassionate toward my clients while encouraging independence and self-reliance.
