Psychotherapist
FL
Hi there! My name is Diana and I am here to support you in making meaningful changes by offering a safe, compassionate space where you can explore your challenges and move toward healing in a way that honors your unique values, experiences, and goals. I have experience working with individuals facing a range of concerns, including trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, and self-esteem issues. Because every person and every situation is unique, I take an integrative approach to counseling, drawing from a variety of evidence-based modalities to best meet your individual needs. These include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person-Centered Therapy, Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). I am also currently training in Internal Family Systems (IFS). My counseling style is empathic, compassionate, non-judgmental, and culturally sensitive. I believe that healing begins with feeling truly seen and heard, and I approach each client with deep respect for their personal story and life experiences. Therapy is a collaborative process, and together we will explore a path forward that aligns with what matters most to you. I believe that change is possible for everyone. My goal is to work alongside you‚ listening, supporting, and guiding you in a safe and supportive environment‚ as you move toward growth, healing, and the life you want to create.
