Hi, I'm Diana , a bilingual (English/Spanish) licensed clinical social worker. I work with individuals and families from all walks of life and all stages of life, including older adults, navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions, and the everyday weight of trying to hold it all together. I know how hard it can be to find a therapist who actually gets it; who understands your culture, your language, your generation, and the specific pressures you're carrying, whether that's family expectations, being the one everyone else leans on, health changes, loss, or just trying to figure out who you are outside of everyone else's needs. That's the kind of space I want to create: one where you can show up exactly as you are, in whichever language feels most like home, and feel genuinely understood ; no matter your age or background. My approach is trauma-informed, blending traditional talk therapy with body-based (somatic) techniques and, for clients who want it; a faith-integrated lens. I bring experience working with anxiety, depression, and a range of other concerns across settings including schools, foster care, supportive housing for youth, and outpatient mental health; so I've seen firsthand how much stronger people and families can become at any age, when they have the right support.
