I am a Texas-based licensed professional counselor & supervisor. I have dedicated years to education and training to build exceptional skills to help others. After completing a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology at Our Lady of the Lake University, I earned a Master of Arts in Community Counseling from UTSA. I have specialty training in CBT, DBT, trauma, anxiety, and life coaching to enhance my professional growth. I worked for over 18 years in community mental health and leadership with nonprofit organizations before starting my private practice in 2020. With access to clients across Texas, telehealth has allowed me to continue to grow as a clinician, coach, and supervisor while creating a balanced family life. My goal as a therapist is to provide empathy, and understanding and challenge you to open your perspectives. I believe the heart of therapy is the connection between the patient and the therapist. Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
