Diana Snyder, LMFT

Diana Snyder, LMFT

Psychotherapist
PA
I am an out-of-network provider, which means I do not directly accept insurance. However, I can provide a superbill that some clients are able to submit to their insurance depending on their out-of-network coverage. I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist currently serving individuals within Pennsylvania. I hold a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Counseling from Adler University and a Bachelor’s degree from Temple University. As your therapist, we will explore what is working and what is no longer serving you. We will work collaboratively to develop new coping skills that fit your current needs, reduce symptoms, and increase overall well-being. Most importantly, we will move toward congruence. In my experience, regardless of our diagnoses, we are seeking congruence. We want our actions and our lives to reflect our true selves. We want what we put forth to the world—whether it be our career, our relationships, our art, or our children—to reflect who we truly are and what we aim to become. At times, you might say to yourself, “That was not me,” or your loved ones might say, “I feel like I lost you.” In my personal and professional experience, you can achieve congruence. We can be authentic both in our inner and outer worlds. Your true self is there, has always been there, and is ready. I am here to help! Together, one step at a time, we will not pathologize; we will find solutions. Seeking therapy is a vulnerable space to occupy and also requires great bravery. I will work alongside you and honor your life and story. I will treat you as a whole human deserving of dignity, autonomy, and respect.
