Allow me to introduce myself. I am DIANE M. BETHEL, and I am a flawed person saved by grace interested in helping you become the best version of yourself that you have been designed to be. I have done my work, continue to do my work and now willing to help you in the capacity you need to be whole and healthy. I have been blessed with a wealth of knowledge and well over 20 years of experience I am willing to share, meeting you where you are in your process of healing. My experience in Ministry, years of working in the substance abuse and mental health field has afforded me the opportunity to witness the miraculous in the lives of so many. My therapeutic approach is derived from techniques inspired by Aaron Beck who instituted Cognitive Therapy. In addition, I strongly believe in the essential factors necessary for growth from a person-centered perspective “self-actualization, empathy, and unconditional positive regard.” Let your Faith be bigger than your fear.
