Diane Castle, LMSW

Psychotherapist
2174 N FM 3083 W, Ste 100, Conroe, TX
As I look back on my life, I recognize many moments when a little extra support could have made a meaningful difference. That awareness is what led me into this field wanting to help others find strength through life’s challenges. Working with trauma survivors has shown me how powerful therapy can be in fostering healing and lasting change, and I believe everyone has the capacity to grow and transform. Throughout my career, I’ve supported individuals from many walks of life, including those navigating anxiety, relationship struggles, past trauma, and addiction. I’m a patient listener who pays close attention to detail, and I use evidence-based approaches to collaborate with clients as we work toward solutions. My goal is to provide a safe, supportive space where you can express yourself, gain insight, and move toward personal growth. Outside of work, I love traveling and spending time in nature. As a busy mom of four, I value balance and staying grounded. I hold a Master’s in Social Work, a Bachelor’s in Family Life Education, Level One Gottman Methods for Couple Therapy, and graduate certificates in trauma-responsive care and substance use. I am dually licensed in Texas and in Michigan and have experience working with individuals, couples, families, and groups, and most recently supported female teens who experienced sexual exploitation.
