Getting to know Diane Cruseturner

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 33 years of experience providing counseling. I earned my Master's in Social Work from the University of Arkansas, Little Rock. Over the years, I have gained the knowledge and expertise to help you improve your emotional well-being so you can live your best life. As a therapist, I use a combination of counseling techniques that include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Mindfulness Therapy, and Supportive Therapy. The combination of these therapies is tailored to your needs and goals, which we determine during our intake appointment. My areas of specialty include helping those who struggle with anxiety, depression, grief and loss, adjustment issues, and family struggles. My goal is to provide a supportive and empathic environment where new skills can be learned and strengths can be enhanced.

What should a new client know about working with you?

On our first visit, I will complete an in-depth assessment to thoroughly understand your symptoms and concerns and identify your therapy goals. We will then work together to create an individualized treatment plan identifying specific objectives you need to achieve to accomplish your goals. Throughout this process, you will be provided with a safe and accepting space to achieve emotional wellness.

In-network insurances

More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
