Getting to know Diane Kizziar

I use a blended approach in my counseling that I work collaboratively with my clients to pursue. Often, our struggles can be traced back to wounds from our past, even when we don’t have clear memories. I can provide Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy and Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), both of which work in a beautiful way to help process painful thoughts and feelings. I also use Internal Family Systems (IFS) and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT). I hold a Master’s in Professional Counseling from Amberton University, which has equipped me with the skills to support my clients on their healing journeys.
