I have been providing therapy and support for over 20 years with a strong background in women’s issues ; especially in the area of depression; anxiety; and domestic abuse. I have been blessed to share the recovery journey back to self-confidence and independence with so many of my client’s. I also have a strong passion for working with ageing issues and helping client’s learn to accept life changes with hope and happiness. I use an eclectic approach to therapy; drawing on my years of experience to help each client find a treatment plan that is unique to them. I am available for evening hours.
