Hello, and welcome. I'm Diane Littel, a Licensed Professional Counselor, Clinical Substance Abuse Counselor, holistic practitioner, and founder of Earthways Healing. For more than 20 years, I've had the privilege of helping individuals heal from trauma, navigate life's challenges, and reconnect with their authentic selves.
I believe healing is not one-size-fits-all. That's why I provide IntuitiveCare, it's a more personalized, integrative approach that combines evidence-based psychotherapy with holistic and intuitive practices to support healing of the mind, body, and spirit. Drawing from approaches such as Brainspotting, EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), attachment-based therapy, mindfulness, somatic healing, and nervous system regulation, I tailor each session to meet your unique needs, goals, and readiness for change.
At the heart of IntuitiveCare is the belief that you already possess the inner wisdom needed for healing. My role is to help you uncover that wisdom, gently process what has been holding you back, and support you in creating lasting change. Whether you're healing from trauma, managing anxiety or depression, navigating grief, relationship challenges, addiction recovery, or seeking greater purpose and balance, I will meet you where you are with compassion, curiosity, and respect.

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider's self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan's benefits.
