“I felt the clinican was very personable, non-judgmental and knowledgeable on how various factors in our lives link to one another. She made me feel very comfortable with wanting to have an open discussion about my life. She appears to be a great conversationalist, and she did not over power the conversation. I felt like it was a 50-50 partnership in exploring and sharing information, which was awesome. I did not feel rushed; and at the conclusion of my visit i felt like i had said all that was on my mind to say for that appointment. I would highly recommend; and yes. I would return for future appointments. ”

Diane is trained in EMDR, Brainspotting, Counting, and Mindfulness to help people heal from trauma. She works with adults living with physical, emotional, and spiritual suffering. Diane specializes in helping adults with trauma, anxiety, low self-esteem, codependency, recovery, coping with major changes, loss/grief, or depression. Her services also include working with couples seeking to strengthen their relationships and families seeking clarity about dealing with challenges, particularly around care issues of a loved one.

What should a new client know about working with you?

Clients will experience a new or renewed sense of clarity and purpose when engaged in their work. Tools for dealing with the existing issue(s) and insight(s) for navigating life's challenges will be learned. Learning what works and when it works will be explored as clients learn for themselves what works for them. Clients will experience a relief from trauma symptoms as a result of working with trauma-informed methods."

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.

Diane listens well to what I need when we discussed why I started therapy again in our initial meeting. She also brought new approaches, like drawing, that I hadn't experienced in therapy before, and it's been quite soothing and helpful.
Very helpful and relaxing.
