Hi, I’m Dianne! I’m really glad you’re here. If you’re feeling stuck in patterns you can’t seem to break, overwhelmed by anxiety, depression, other mental health issues, or navigating the ups and downs of recovery, you’re not alone. Maybe you’re trying to stay sober but feel exhausted by the emotional weight that comes with it, or you’re unsure how to move forward after relapse. These experiences can feel isolating, but they don’t have to be. I’m a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor with a specialty in substance use and addiction therapy, and I work with individuals who are ready for support, clarity, and meaningful change. My goal is to help you feel understood from the very beginning and to create a space where you can start to breathe a little easier. I specialize in working with individuals navigating addiction, recovery, and relapse prevention, as well as the emotional challenges that often come alongside substance use like anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions. In addition to my clinical training, I bring lived experience as someone in long term recovery. This allows me to meet you with both professional knowledge and genuine understanding. I’ve supported clients at many different stages of their journey, whether they’re just beginning to question their relationship with substances or have been in recovery for years and want deeper emotional healing and stability.

Getting to know Dianne Pierce

Hi, I’m Dianne! I’m really glad you’re here. What should a new client know about working with you?

My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in a person centered foundation. I believe that real change happens when you feel safe enough to be honest and supported enough to explore what’s underneath the surface. Therapy with me feels like a genuine conversation, not a clinical checklist. I integrate tools from evidence based practices when helpful, but always tailor our work to you, your pace, and your goals. Together, we’ll build awareness around patterns, strengthen coping skills, and create a path forward that feels realistic and sustainable. You don’t have to have everything figured out to begin.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

In our sessions, you can expect a space that feels calm, supportive, and free of judgment. Many people come into therapy unsure of what to say or worried about being vulnerable, and that’s completely okay. We’ll move at a pace that feels comfortable for you. Over time, clients often begin to feel more grounded, more connected to themselves, and more confident in their ability to handle life’s challenges. This is a place where you can be real, where your story is honored, and where growth happens in a way that feels steady and meaningful. You don’t have to carry everything on your own anymore. Starting therapy takes courage, and even being here is a powerful first step. If you’re ready for support or even just curious about what this process could look like, I’d be honored to connect with you. You deserve a space where you feel seen, supported, and empowered to move forward.
