I am licensed in Florida with 11 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, depression & coping with life changes. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. I am a strengths-based, solution focused therapist offering an eclectic approach combining Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), Interpersonal Therapy (IPT) and good old-fashioned talk therapy. The approach I use is as individual as every client and is tailored to your needs specifically. Taking the first step to seeking a more fulfilling and happier life takes courage. I am here to support you in that process.

What should a new client know about working with you?

You will feel heard and understood without judgement. Most clients leave session with a better understanding of what is happening physiologically, emotionally and mentally.

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
