Hello, thank you for finding the strength to reach out for help! My name is Diego, and I would like to be the one to help you on your journey to a more fulfilling and balanced life. I am a therapist focused on empowering you to be at the center of your time in therapy. To do this, we will set personal and purposeful goals and map a path together to achieve them.
A bit about myself: I am from Houston, Texas. I graduated with my Bachelor's in Psychology from Stephen F. Austin State University (Go Jacks!) and earned my MEd in Counselor Education from the University of Houston. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Texas. I am experienced in several forms of therapy with a variety of age groups, ethnicities, and life situations. My focus is on trauma, depression, anxiety, and other adjustment-related disorders. I enjoy working with teenagers and young adults but have experience with all age groups. Come see me!
What should a new client know about working with you?
You can expect to do some work but have someone who will provide unconditional support throughout the entire process. The first sessions are getting to know what you are focused on changing and how you have gotten to this point in your life. From there, we will follow a plan we made together to get you there!

More information on payments and coverage
Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits
