Demi Kostouros is our founder, owner, and Clinical Director, and is affectionately known as everyone’s unofficial mother. She brings a warm, grounded presence to our team, often reminding us to step outside during busy days or take a moment to reset and care for ourselves. She is deeply committed to both our professional growth and overall well-being, always encouraging balance, connection, and intention in the work that we do. Our clients receive the same unconditional support paired with a structured, goal-oriented approach. It’s evident in the results when those who have successfully completed their treatments return not just to express gratitude, but also to be involved in our next volunteering event. A network of people is formed, all of whom have received help, improved their lives, and are now eager to extend that help to others. And that, to us, is the epitome of love. Our Demi, as we fondly call her, has lived in many European cities, but her journey began in Greece. Her passion for helping people became her profession, leading her to innovate and develop techniques that enhance both the quality of support and results. In a continuation of her inspired journey, she decided, in gratitude for the opportunities she has had, to give back to the community. She can often be found volunteering, managing teams and projects, and even on her annual trips to Greece, where you might come across her name etched in Greek beneath small structures in remote villages on non-tourist-frequented islands that serve the underprivileged entirely non-profitably.
