As a mental health professional, I offer you over 20 years of experience working directly with culturally diverse clients. I am a Florida-licensed and nationally board-certified diplomate in Clinical Social Work. I have worked in various challenging mental health settings such as jails, prisons, crisis centers, medical centers, and clinics on a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, social anxiety, depression, multicultural issues, caregiving, motivation, low self-esteem, and life coaching.
My counseling style utilizes a wide range of approaches. I combine counseling techniques that revolve around cognitive-behavioral, humanistic, psychodynamic, and rational emotive.
