What should a new client know about working with you?

Dina is EMDR trained through EMDR-HAP and provides EMDR assessments and sessions. Her emphasis is on body image, disordered eating, LGBTQ+, adolescents, third culture kids, and identity. Dina takes a relational-cultural, harm reductionist, HAES, and feminist+queer approach to therapy. Dina provides narrative therapy through a feminist lens, promoting introspection and self empowerment to reauthor life stories. Dina is trained to provide ADHD and Autism assessments for adults and ADHD assessments for adolescents.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Dina utilizes several modalities for therapy, including art, music, film, books, and poetry to promote self expression. As well as traditional talk therapy , EMDR trauma processing, and somatic therapy.
