What should a new client know about working with you?

I begin by getting to know you, what you’re currently experiencing, and what you hope to gain from therapy. Through conversation, thoughtful questions, and reflection, we’ll explore the patterns, emotions, and experiences that may be affecting your well-being. Together, we’ll work on building greater self-awareness, developing healthier coping strategies, strengthening confidence, and finding practical ways to navigate challenges in your everyday life.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, grief and loss, relationship challenges, and major life transitions. I also support individuals adjusting to immigration and life in a new country, including the emotional and cultural challenges that can come with significant change. My goal is to help you feel more grounded and confident, better understand yourself, and move toward a life that feels healthier, more balanced, and fulfilling.
