I am currently pursuing a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Adler University, where I have developed a strong foundation in mental health theory, clinical practice, and ethical care. I hold dual Bachelor’s degrees in Sociology and French, with a minor in Psychological Research Methods, from DePaul University. Through both academic and hands-on experiences, I’ve had the opportunity to work with diverse populations. My approach to therapy is client-centered, rooted in empathy, collaboration, and a deep respect for each person’s unique story. I believe that the therapeutic relationship is one of the most powerful tools for healing—a belief shaped by my training in Person-Centered Theory. This foundation supports an integrative style that also draws from Reality Therapy/Choice Theory, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Psychodynamic Therapy, and Multicultural Counseling. Above all, my goal is to empower clients to navigate life’s challenges with greater self-awareness, resilience, and confidence. I am committed to walking alongside them with compassion and curiosity, offering insight, encouragement, and a space where their well-being always comes first.
