It is my privilege to offer you what is often the one hour a week where your mental health is the true priority. The way we talk about our experiences shapes how we live them. Therapy is where we get to rewrite and reclaim those stories together. My approach is rooted in Narrative Therapy and Intersectional Feminist Therapy. I often incorporate coping tools from Dialectical Behavioral Therapy. My values also align strongly with LGBTQ+ affirming, trauma informed care practices.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I specialize in working with clients navigating topics surrounding sexuality. This includes sexual identity exploration, the role of sex and intimacy in your life and relationships, processing sexual trauma, and destigmatization. Together we will work towards challenging potentially problematic narratives surrounding sexuality and processing their impact.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

It is my goal to be a personable, empathetic, and encouraging therapist. Everyone deserves an affirming space where they are empowered to write their own narratives. I look forward to hearing your story!
