Getting to know Dirk Boschen

I'm a therapist committed to helping clients improve mood and develop stress management skills. My work focuses on targeting ineffective thoughts, beliefs, and behaviors that contribute to symptoms of depression, anxiety, and other emotional challenges. I believe in developing a strong therapeutic alliance to produce positive change and help clients reach their goals. I am passionate about creating effective strategies by utilizing aspects of cognitive therapy and mindfulness. Since 2009, I have practiced as a psychotherapist, serving diverse populations including adolescents, adults, and seniors. My background includes completing Army ROTC and earning a Master's in Social Work, which have both shaped my approach to therapy and dedication to client care.
