I specialize in adult individual psychotherapy focused on anxiety, depression, eating disorders, trauma, emotion regulation, and relationship difficulties. I have worked in multiple outpatient treatment facilities, including community mental health, public high schools, a federal career training facility, and university counseling centers, and for the past five years, I have been in private practice. I enjoy providing mental health services to the San Diego community, where many people have diverse life experiences. I hold a PsyD in Clinical Psychology and a Master's in Clinical Psychology from Alliant International University, San Diego. I have specialized training in providing psychodynamic therapy while incorporating a multidimensional perspective. I strive to deeply understand my patients to help them achieve a more fulfilling life. I also take a collaborative approach and see the therapeutic relationship as a key to successful therapy.
