What should a new client know about working with you?

I can help by connecting you to a better understanding of your internal experience of thought/emotion/body through approaches resonate in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy and Solution Focused Therapy. Through these approaches we can collaborate in a shared decision making process and arrive to an agreed upon set of goals. Should you chose to engage in your healing process with me you can expect to initially spend some time focused on exploring and identifying symptom experience, so that we then establish relevant goals and manageable interventions. I prefer to approach therapy as a collaboration with flexibility and compassion.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I will be offering individual therapy online via video on M/T/W/Thurs evenings. Feel free to reach out for a time and date that suites you.
