With 14 years of experience in secondary education including School Counseling, I enjoy assisting adolescents and young adults in overcoming barriers to learning and social challenges. I transitioned to clinical mental health in 2022 and have been working in an Inpatient/Outpatient Behavioral Health Hospital setting, providing support and space for my clients to explore challenges and develop coping strategies. My specialties are anxiety, stress, life transitions/adjustments, and depression for adolescents/teens and young adults. My approach is tailored to each individual client’s needs and may include CBT, DBT and Solution focused therapy.
