My goal is to provide a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can openly discuss your concerns and feel supported throughout your journey. I believe therapy is a collaborative process, and I work alongside my clients to identify their strengths, develop practical coping strategies, and create realistic goals that fit their unique needs. Whether you’re managing anxiety, depression, stress, relationship concerns, or major life transitions, I strive to help you feel understood while building the skills and confidence needed to move forward.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Every client’s journey is unique, so I tailor therapy to your individual needs and goals. During our first session, we’ll take time to understand what brings you to therapy, discuss your concerns, identify your strengths, and develop a personalized plan for moving forward. As we continue working together, we’ll build practical coping skills, monitor your progress, and adjust our approach as your needs evolve. My goal is to provide a supportive, collaborative environment where you feel comfortable, understood, and empowered throughout the process.
