Getting to know Dominique Driessen - Espana
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 20 years of experience in the field. I am licensed in Ohio, Georgia, and South Carolina. I earned a Master's in Professional Counseling from South University in Savannah, Georgia, and have been helping clients on their path to healing ever since. I have worked in a variety of settings, including college campuses, managed care companies, behavioral health hospitals, and prisons. I have helped clients who suffer from depression, anxiety, relationship difficulties, addiction issues, life transitions, and grief. My approach to counseling is heavily focused on Person-Centered therapy to create a rapport where you feel comfortable sharing anything, and we work through it together. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Person-Centered Therapy most often with my clients; however, I use other modalities when appropriate to the situation. My hobbies include spending time with family, watching sports, and my favorite show is The First 48.
