My mission is to provide a supportive environment for children, adolescents, and young adults to help them cope with difficult situations and improve their mental health. I believe the future of society lies in the hands of our young people, and to see a brighter tomorrow, we must first nurture those who hold it. I hold a Master's in Social Service from the University of South Florida and have experience treating clients with a variety of mental health diagnoses, including anxiety, depression, conduct disorders, low self-esteem, trauma, and emotional dysregulation. Some of my most commonly used treatment modalities are play therapy, CBT, DBT, and talk therapy.
