I know what it's like to live that driven life and feel the sinking realization that something is missing. All the puzzle pieces are there, but you need something more. When that something is missing, it affects everything else. Some days you're plagued by nagging anxiety; other days you just feel exhausted. But it doesn't have to be that way. I want you to have the life you fought for and the fulfillment you've always wanted. Your hopes and dreams are possible.

What should a new client know about working with you?

How often have you been at lunch with friends or family, to find their faces buried in their phones? Or been in a conversation only to feel as though the other person was just waiting for their turn to speak? In counseling with me, I am fully focused on you and helping you understand your experience. The power of being truly listened to is truly profound. I follow the philosophy of Alfred Adler, who emphasized the importance of establishing meaningful goals and taking steps towards positive directions in life. When you work with me, we’ll spend time exploring your approach to life and how it has (and in some cases, hasn’t) gotten you what you want. We will also explore new ways of accomplishing your goals and working with your feelings, so that you have a sense of control over your internal life.
