Getting to know Dona Strohbehn

I began seeing clients on January 11, 2023 as a student therapist. I graduated with my master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling on September 15, 2023. In my practice, I have worked with individuals spanning a wide age range, including children aged five and above, teenagers, and adults aged 18 to 72. My therapeutic approach is a blend of Adlerian, mindfulness, and person-centered theories. I am committed to empowering my clients to help themselves by asking the difficult questions that challenge them to dig deeper into their thoughts and behaviors. I find great joy in assisting others by actively listening to them, dedicating my full attention, and aiding in developing solutions to their life challenges. In my spare time, I enjoy acting, reading and camping.
