I offer one-on-one counseling sessions, where clients can explore their thoughts and emotions in a confidential and supportive space. We address a wide range of concerns, including trauma, ptsd, anxiety, depression, stress management, and personal development. I am direct yet empathic and understanding.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I invite you to embark on a journey of talk therapy with self-discovery, healing, and personal growth with Amyris Counseling and Wellness. Your well-being is my priority, and I am here to support you on your path to a happier, healthier, and more fulfilling life. We are 100% Virtual. I also offer EMDR, EMDR Intensives, and EFT modalities for therapy.
